Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a charakterizací matricových tablet s tramadol hydrochloridem. Teoretická část popisuje základní vlastnosti tramadol hydrochloridu, mechanismy jeho působení v lidském těle, tablety s řízeným uvolňováním a proces výroby tablet. The aim of this work is to study preparation and characterization of matrix tablets with tramadol hydrochloride. The theoretical part focuses on the basic properties of tramadol hydrochloride, mechanism of action of tramadol hydrochloride in the human body, tablets with controlled drug release and process for producing the tablets.
