Barrier regiment in the care of patients with multidrug infection

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bariérovým režimem a multirezistentními infekcemi. Skládá se z teoretické a výzkumné části. V teoretické části se nachází popis, co to je multirezistence, jaké druhy multirezistentní infekce jsou, jak lze těmto infekcím předcházet, co je bariérový režim, jak jsou tyto infekce léčeny, na jakých odděleních se s nimi setkáváme nejčastěji a k jakým diagnózám se mohou přidružit, tyto diagnózy jsou obsaženy ve výzkumné části. Ve výzkumné části je učiněn průzkum týkající se 30 pacientů z oddělení poskytujících intenzivní péči. Zabývá se jejich pohlavím, věkem, délkou hospitalizace, délkou bariérového režimu, základní příjmovou diagnózou, patogenem, který pacienta napadl a stavem, ve kterém se pacient nachází.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the barrier regime and multiresistent infections. It consists of a theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part, there is a description of what multiresistance is, what kinds of multiresistant infections are, how can these infections be prevented, what is the barrier regimen, how these infections are treated, at what departments we encounter most of them and which diagnoses can be associated, which occurred in there search section. In there search section, a survey of 30 patients from the intensive care unit is conducted. It deals with their gender, age, length of hospitalization, length of the barrier regime, basic income diagnosis, patient's pathogen and the patient's condition.
