Tato bakalářská práce je literární rešerší na téma ,,Léčiva s účinnou látkou nifedipin". Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku nifedipinu, na přehled přípravků a lékových forem s účinnou látkou nifedipin. Práce se rovněž zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími biodostupnost léčivých látek a technologickými postupy na zvýšení biodostupnosti těžce rozpustných léčivých látek, které usnadňují jejich rozpouštění.
