Abstract:
Práce se zabývá návrhem projektu třípodlažního bytového domu umístěného v proluce konkrétní obce – Českých Budějovic. Pozemek má rovinatý charakter a nachází se v ochranném pásmu nemovitých památek hradebního systému Českých Budějovic. Thesis deals with project, a three-storey residential building located in a vacant lot in České Budějovice. Land has a flat character and is located in the protection zone of the fortification system České Budějovice.
