Abstract:

Tato Bakalářská práce s názvem „Sociální sítě jako prostředí pro trestné činy“ je zaměřena na prostředí sociálních sítí a na výskyt trestné činnosti v něm. Obecná část práce přibližuje prostředí sociálních sítí, jejich služby, rozšířenost, pravidla užívání a trestní odpovědnost jejich poskytovatelů. Součástí obecné části je dále charakterizace konkrétních kybernetických útoků, se kterými se mohou uživatelé sociálních sítí setkat, profil pachatele a oběti, průběh kybernetického útoku a dále jsou uvedeny trestné činy, ke kterým může v průběhu útoku dojít. Zvláštní část práce popisuje, jak může být prostředí sociálních sítí zneužito pro realizaci zmíněných kybernetických útoků. Součástí této části jsou i reálné případy trestné činnosti v prostředí sociálních sítí a také návrhy prevence, vůči těmto útokům.

Abstract:

This Bachelor’s Thesis entitled „Social networks as environment for crime“ is focused on an environment of social networks and on presence of criminal activity within it. The general section describes the environment of different social networks, their services, widespread, terms of service and criminal liability of its providers. The general section also characterizes specific cyber attacks which may users encounter within the environment of social networks, profile of an offender and a victim, process of a cyber attack and criminal offences which may be committed in the process of a cyber attack. The special section describes how can be the environment of social networks abused for realisation of described cyber attacks. Furthermore, the special section includes real cases of criminal activity within the environment of social networks and proposals of prevention against those attacks.
