Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky řízení nástupnictví v rodinných malých a středních podnicích provést analýzu plánování předávání nástupnictví v podniku ABC, s.r.o. a na základě více možných potenciálních variant doporučit nejvhodnější variantu pro řešení této problematiky v uvedeném podniku.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is usage of theoretical background in problematics of succession planning in small and medium-sized enterprises for analysis of succession in the company ABC, it further recommends best solution out of possible options for passing succession in selected company.
