Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvořit přehled poznatků z oblasti péče o terminálně nemocné s nádorovou bolestí a analyzovat možnosti její terapie se zaměřením na farmakoterapii, upozornit na význam hodnocení bolesti s cílem dosáhnout efektivního uspokojivého výsledku a nastínit vliv paliativní medicíny na život umírajících. The subjekt of this thesis is a summary of findings from the care of terminály ill with cancer pain and its tretament options analyzed with a focus on pharmacotherapy, to highlight the importace of pain assessment in order to achieve effective and satisfactory outcome to outline the impact of paliative medicine to dying.
