Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zhodnotit efektivitu řízení zásob a účetních procesů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Řízením zásob se zjednodušeně rozumí, aby bylo v pravý čas správné zboží, ve správném množství, na správném místě a za přijatelnou cenu. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of inventory management and accounting processes in a selected trading company. Inventory management simply means the right stock, at the right levels, in the right place, at the right time and at the right cost.
