Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá střídavou péčí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecnou definici střídavé péče a na podmínky, které musí být pro fungování střídavé péče splněny. This bachelor diploma thesis deals with joint custody. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general definition of joint custody and the requirement that must be met for the function of joint custody.
