The nullity of administrative act
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce podává jednotný náhled na problematiku nicotných správních aktů. Charakterizuje správní rozhodnutí, zabývá se jeho vadami a vadami nicotnosti u kterých poukazuje na problémy a nedostatky spojené s jeho odstraňováním ze sféry domnělého veřejnoprávního působení.
Abstract:
Bachelor Thesis gives a integrated view on the issue of null administrative act. Charakterizes the administrative decision s its errors and defects of null and there highlings on the problemes and schortcomings with its removal from the spere of seeming public action.
