My work focused on Alternatives in Czech criminal law is oriented to analysis of alternatives of criminal law considering positive law, as well as potential possibilities of its further development.

Diplomová práca na tému "Alternatívy v českom trestnom práve" je orientovaná na komplexný rozbor trestnoprávnych alternatív de lege lata i de lege ferenda.
