Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Vyšetřování příčin mimořádných událostí definuje a charakterizuje místo a úlohu Policie České republiky v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému a úlohu Policie České republiky při mimořádných událostech. V praktické části práce autor analyzuje činnost Policie České republiky, s důrazem na Krajské ředitelství policie Jihomoravského kraje, Územního odboru Hodonín při vybraných simulovaných mimořádných událostech v rámci cvičení integrovaného záchranného systému v daném regionu. Za použití vybrané analýzy autor provádí hodnocení současného stavu a navrhuje opatření ke zlepšení činnosti Územního odboru Hodonín.

Abstract:

Thesis on the topic of Investigations into the causes of emergencies defines and characterizes the place and the role of the Police of the Czech Republic within the framework of the Integrated Rescue System and the role of the Police of the Czech Republic in emergencies. In the practical part of the thesis the author analyses the activity of the Police of the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the Regional headquarters of the Police of the South Moravian region, the Territorial Department in Hodonín in the selected simulated emergency exercises within the framework of the Integrated Rescue System in the region. Using the selected analysis the author performs the evaluation of the current status and proposes measures to improve the activities of the Territorial Department of Hodonín.
