Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Atypické formy zaměstnávání“ je zhodnotit platnou právní úpravu týkající se atypických forem zaměstnávání optikou institutů zahraniční právní úpravy. Zkoumání bylo provedeno nejen v oblasti zákoníku práce (soukromého sektoru), ale rovněž v úpravě zákona o státní službě, tedy při výkonu závislé práce ve veřejnoprávním vztahu.

The subject of the diploma thesis "Atypical forms of employment" is to evaluate the current legislation concerning atypical forms of employment from the perspective of institutes of foreign legislation.
