Abstract:
Tato práce má za cíl popsat téma žen v leadershipu a zjistit, zda existuje styl vedení, který by bylo možné nazvat ženským leadershipem. Obsahuje také snahu o jeho popsání. Dále se práce snaží o sestavení seznamu charakteristik, které by měla mít dobrá vedoucí pracovnice. K dosažení těchto cílů je provedeno šetření jak formou dotazníku, tak rozhovorů. This work aims to describe the topic of women in leadership and to find out, if there is a style that should be called female leadership. The author is also willing to describe this style. The second goal is to prepare a list of traits that a good female leader should have.
