Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými enterobakteriemi, a to Escherichia coli a Salmonella enterica. Dále pojednává o antibiotikách, jejich historii a mechanizmech účinku. Jsou zde rozebrány diluční a difúzní metody zjišťování rezistence na antibiotika. Rovněž je v práci shrnuta antibiotická rezistence, její vznik a mechanizmy. Abstract:
This thesis deals with enterobacteria, namely Escherichia coli and Salmonella enterica. It also concerns antibiotics, their history a mechanisms of action. It analyses the dilution method and the diffusion method used to analyse antibiotic resistance. The thesis also summarizes antibiotic resistance, its origin a mechanisms.
