Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na režim pozemku v české právní úpravě. V první části práce jsou vymezeny zdroje právní úpravy a základní pojmy,které se vztahují k tématu. Jádrem práce je popis a analýza právní úpravy režimu pozemku v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, a to zejména v oblasti věcných práv a užívacích vztahů. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the regime of land in the Czech legal regulation. In the first part of the thesis are defined sources of legislation and basic terms relating to the topic. The main emphasis is put on the description and analysis of the regime of land in Act N. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, namely on the area of rights in rem and enjoyment of land.
