Chromatographic characterization of polymeric drug-delivery systems
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis polymerních nosičů léčiv a jejich chromatografickou charakterizaci pomocí kapalinové chromatografie. Jsou zde zmíněny vybrané používané polymerní materiály jako nosiče léčiv, popis jejich vlastností i použití. V práci je zmíněno i využití polymerů obecně jako medicinálních materiálů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the description of polymeric drug carriers and their chromatographic characterization by liquid chromatography. Selected polymeric materials used as drug carriers are mentioned, including description of their properties and applications. General application at polymers as medicinal materials is mentioned as well.
