This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the degree to which new employees are satisfied with their job and the adaptation process in the company. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analyzovaním miery spokojnosti nových zamestnancov v súvislosti s ich pracovným miestom a adaptačným procesom v spoločnosti. Miera spokojnosti nových zamestnancov je v diplomovej práci vyjadrená mierou ich naplnených očakávaní.
