Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, teoretická, praktická a návrhová. Teoretická část je zpracována dle dosavadních znalostí, ale také potřebné české i zahraniční literatury a online zdrojů. Teoretická část rozebírá jednotlivá odvětví personalistiky, jako je nábor, motivace a odměňování.
