Předmětem bakalářské práce „Dopravní politika ve městech Brno a Ostrava“ je naleznout rozdíly v cílech strategických dokumentů vyšší úrovně a městy Brno a Ostrava. Zhodnotit zda územní plány odpovídají vyšším dokumentům, zda se cíle dopravní politiky daří realizovat. První část se věnuje určením důležitých pojmů a stanovení geografické oblasti.
