Abstract:

Název: Efektivita reedukace stereotypu běhu se změnami směru u fotbalistů ve věku 16-17 let pomocí fyzioterapeutické intervence a simultánního trenažeru Cíl: Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky volbou optimálních fyzioterapeutických postupů, konceptů a metod u vybraného klienta s chronickou bolestivostí v tříselné krajině. Metodika: Zpracoval jsem kazuistiku 17 letého probanda s klienta s chronickou bolestivostí v tříselné krajině. Pacient absolvoval vyšetření pomocnými vyšetřovacími metodami magnetické rezonance, rentgenu a zobrazovacího ultrazvuku a byla lékařem navržena konzervativní terapie. Na základě vstupního kineziologického vyšetření byl probandovi stanoven krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán složený z 16 individuálních terapií trvajících 4 týdny. V průběhu fyzioterapeutické intervence po skončení druhého týdne bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření. Po 16 individuálních terapiích byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Na základě výstupního kineziologického rozboru byl navržen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Díky terapii s využitím globálních i lokálních fyzioterapeutických postupů, metod a konceptů došlo k redukci bolesti, snížení hypertonu, obnovení kloubního rozsahu, obnovení svalové síly, reedukace dechového stereotypu, obnovení trupové stabilizace a reedukace stereotypu běhu se změnami směru jako prevence opakovaného zranění v oblasti tříselné krajiny. Po fyzioterapeutické intervenci byl hráč předán rekondičnímu trenérovi a postupně by měl být zařazen zpět do tréninkového procesu se zbytkem týmu. Závěr: Spolupráce mne obohatila o nové zkušenosti, pomohla mi pochopit úzkou souvislost mezi akutním poraněním a globálním řetězením patologií. Práce se jednoznačně stala přínosem pro moji další praxi. Pro pacienta bylo velmi příznivé, to že se mohl vrátit do tréninku a opět dělat to co ho baví.

Name: Efficiency of re-education of stereotypes of a run with changes of direction applied on football players aged 16-17 years, using physiotherapeutic interventions and simultaneous simulator Goal: The goal is to contribute to the problem solving of patient's chronic pain in the groin area with the use of optimal physiotherapeutic procedures, concepts and methods. Methodology: I processed the casuistry of 17 years old proband client with chronic pain in the groin area. The patient had undertaken a treatment by auxiliary treatment methods of magnetic resonance, roentgen and ultrasound imaging. A conservative treatment was proposed by a physiotherapist. Based on the results of the initial kinesiological examination a physiotherapeutic plan, consisting of 16 individual therapeutic sessions within 4 weeks, was designated. After the second week of the physiotherapeutic intervention a control examination was arranged. Based on the final check-up which was arranged after the last 16th individual therapy session, a long-term physiotherapeutic plan was proposed. Results: The therapy, using both global and local physiotherapeutic procedures, methods and concepts reduced pain, reduced hypertonia, restored joint range of motion, regained muscle strength, re-educated breathing stereotype, recovered trunk stabilization and re-educated stereotype of a run with changes of direction as a prevention from the repeated injury of the groin area. After the physiotherapeutic intervention the player was forwarded back to his fitness coach. Now, he is to gradually join the training process with the rest of the team in full swing. Conclusion: The cooperation gave me new professional experience, helped me to understand the close relationship between acute injuries and global pathologic chain. Writing this work has been very beneficial for my further practice. For the patient, it was very favourable to get back to football training and continue doing what he loves.
