Tato práce se zabývá problematikou etablování liberálních stran ve středovýchodní Evropě po roce 1990, zejména v České republice, Polsku, Slovinsku a na Slovensku. Liberální strany jsou ve středovýchodní Evropě většinou malé, až středně velké formace ležící blízko středu stranického spektra. This work deals with the establishment of liberal parties in Central and Eastern Europe after 1990, especially in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia and the Slovak Republic. The liberal parties are in in Central and Eastern Europe mostly small to medium-sized formations located near the center of the party spectrum.
