Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu outplacementu v rámci personální strategie zemědělských podniků. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of outplacement within the personnel strategy of agricultural enterprises. The theoretical part deals with the historical context, worker management, collective redundancies and the ideal theory of outplacement.
