Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá degradací mokřadních biotopů v jihovýchodní části Českomoravské vrchoviny. Degradace je řešena na úrovni změny biotopů na mokřadních lokalitách v porovnání se stavem před 20 lety a na základě ztráty ohrožených druhů v jednotlivých obdobích od konce 20. století do současnosti. Na studovaných lokalitách se dochovalo 60 % přírodně cenných biotopů ve srovnání se stavem před 20 lety. Z celkového počtu 94 ohrožených druhů se jich v regionu do dnešní doby dochovalo celkem 59. Na příkladu vnosu živin smyvem ze zemědělské půdy do mokřadů je řešena problematika nadmíry živin, jako jedna z nejvýznamnějších příčin degradace. Produktivita porostů je v záporné lineární korelaci s indexy diverzity. Pro většinu ohrožených druhů je typický výskyt v biotopech s nízkým obsahem živin. Při porovnání měřených fyzikálně chemických parametrů a fytocenologických snímků jsou u modelových vybraných druhů všivců (Pedicularis palustris, Pedicularis sylvatica) řešeny příčiny vymírání v lokalitách ve studovaném území ve srovnání s lokalitami vyšších poloh Českomoravské vrchoviny, kde jsou druhy stále přítomné. Oproti lokalitám vyšších poloh jsou lokality ve studované oblasti nevhodné pro výskyt druhů všivců z důvodu vyššího obsahu živin v půdě, vyšší produktivity porostů, nevhodného hydrologického režimu a v neposlední řadě i vyšší mírou intenzivního zemědělství nebo nevhodným managementem lokalit.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the degradation of wetland habitats in the southeastern part of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. Degradation is illustrated at the level of habitat change in wetland localities compared to the situation 20 years ago and based on the loss of endangered species in individual periods from the end of the 20th century to the present. In the studied localities, 60 % of valuable natural habitats were preserved compared to the situation 20 years ago. Out of the total number of 94 endangered species, a total of 59 have been preserved in the region to this day. Using the example of the inputs of nutrients from agricultural land into wetlands, the issue of excess nutrients is addressed as one of the most significant causes of degradation. The productivity is in a negative linear correlation with diversity index. For most endangered species, occurrence in habitats with a low nutrient content is typical. When comparing the measured physicochemical parameters and phytosociological plots, the causes of the extinction of model selected species (Pedicularis palustris, Pedicularis sylvatica) in localities in the studied area are analysed in comparison with localities in higher altitude of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, where the species are still present. Compared to localities at higher altitudes, the localities in the studied area are unsuitable for the occurrence of model species due to the higher content of nutrients in the soil, higher productivity of stands, unsuitable hydrological regime and, last but not least, a higher degree of intensive agriculture or inappropriate management.
