Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o hepatotoxicitě těžkých kovů. V první části práce je charakterizována in vitro buněčná kultivace. Na tuto část volně navazuje kapitola, ve které jsou charakterizovány buněčné kultury pro in vitro testování hepatotoxicity lidského i zvířecího původu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis discusses the hepatotoxicity of heavy metals. In vitro cell culture is characterized in the first part of the thesis. This part freely links the chapter in which cell cultures for in vitro testing of hepatotoxicity of human and animal origin are characterized.
