Tato práce shrnuje vývoj a současný stav eGovernmentu v České republice. Její největší část analyzuje novou legislativu (zákon č. 300/2008 Sb.) upravující elektronickou komunikaci ve státní správě, který nabývá účinnosti 1. 7. 2009. Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis gives a summary of development and current state of eGovernment in the Czech Republic. Mostly it analyzes the new Act No. 300/2008 Coll., on electronic acts and documents authorized conversion which comes into force on July 1, 2009.
