Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení systému tvorby a řízení strategie jako nástroje zvyšování výkonnosti organizace a dosahování jejích hodnotových cílů. Kauzální rozbor jednotlivých strategických cílů je podkladem pro výběr a hodnocení využití finančních i nefinančních klíčových ukazatelů. This thesis considers how to evaluate any system of production and management strategy as a tool to increase the effectiveness of an organisation in reaching its declared aims.
