Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je Edukace k finanční gramotnosti. Uvedená práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a její poslední kapitola má přesah do sféry praktické edukace. Prvá kapitola této práce představuje pojem finanční gramotnost, jeho dílčí složky a podoby. Další část této kapitoly je věnována faktorům, které finanční gramotnost ovlivňují. Práce zmiňuje možné sociální, psychosociální či ekonomické důsledky finanční negramotnosti. Současně však práce uvádí i vybrané ekonomické či edukační nástroje, které eliminují problémy, související s nedostatečnou edukací k finanční gramotnosti. Druhá kapitola práce, která je vyústěním studia andragogiky, představuje nejen pojem edukace, ale i jeho dílčí úrovně, tedy výchovu, vzdělávání a péči. Práce nastiňuje daný typ edukace v rámci konceptu celoživotního učení a vzdělávání a představuje některé z forem a metod Edukace k finanční gramotnosti. Práce představí vybrané edukační programy, které jsou realizovány k danému tématu, ve sféře formálního i neformálního vzdělávání a v práci budou zmíněny i některé metody, jimiž lze podpořit výchovu k finanční gramotnost ve sféře informálního učení. Empirická část této práce chce zjistit, jak edukaci k finanční gramotnosti vnímají mladí lidé. Průzkumné šetření, které je součástí přípravy této práce, má kvalitativní design a vychází ze subjektivní metodologické teorie. Proto je průzkumník současně i respondentem daného průzkumu. Průzkumná data budou získána metodou autobiografické introspekce, metodou volných asociací a metodou životního příběhu. Průzkumná data budou analyzována tematickou analýzou. Témata přijatá na základě komparace průzkumných dat budou v práci představena prostřednictvím kognitivní mapy a metodou narace. Uvedená témata budou také autorem této práce reflektována. Poslední kapitola této práce představí praktické vyústění finanční gramotnosti, a to v podobě ukázky měsíčního rozpočtu. V závěru práce bude jejím autorem reflektována její příprava a bude zde uvedeno i doporučení pro edukační praxi.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is Education to financial literacy. This work has a theoretical-empirical character and its last chapter has an overlap into the sphere of practical education. The first chapter of this thesis introduces the concept of financial literacy, its components and forms. The next part of this chapter is devoted to the factors that influence financial literacy. The thesis mentions possible social, psychosocial or economic consequences of financial illiteracy. At the same time, the thesis also mentions selected economic or educational tools that eliminate problems related to insufficient education to financial literacy. The second chapter of the thesis, which is the outcome of the study of Andragogy, presents not only the concept of education, but also its partial levels, is upbringing, education and care. The thesis outlines the given type of education within the concept of lifelong learning and education and presents some of the forms and methods of Education for Financial Literacy. The work will introduce selected educational programs, which are implemented on the topic, in the sphere of formal and non-formal education and the work will also mention some methods that can support the education of financial literacy in the sphere of informal learning. The empirical part of this thesis wants to find out how education about financial literacy is perceived by young people. Exploratory survey, which is part of the preparation of this work, has a qualitative design and is based of subjective methodological theory. Therefore, the explorer is also a respondent to the survey. The survey data will be obtained by the method of autobiographical introspection, by the method of free associations and by the method of life story. Survey data will be analyzed by thematic analysis. Topics adopted on the basis of comparative survey data will be presented in the thesis through the cognitive map and narration method. These topics will also be reflected by the author of this work. The last chapter of this work will present the practical outcome of financial literacy in the form of a monthly budget. At the end of the work its author will reflect its preparation and recommendations for educational practice will be included.
