Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje historií atletiky, rozdělením atletických soutěží, běhu a nejvýznamnějším závodům pořádaných v České republice a Československu. V hlavní části se zabývá historií Brněnské atletiky a historicky nejzajímavějšími běžeckými závody na tomto území.Abstract:
The bachelor thesis describes the history of athletics, the division of athletic competitions, running, and most important races held in the Czech Republic and in Czechoslovakia. The main part deals with the history of athletics in Brno and historically most interesting cross-country races in this area.Keywords
