Changes in investing of a chosen pension company

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat změny v investování vybrané penzijní společnosti v České republice v návaznosti na aktuální právní úpravu, na základě získaných poznatků formulovat doporučení pro danou penzijní společnost vedoucí k maximálnímu využití výhod a omezení problematických oblastí aktuální právní úpravy se zaměřením na investování. Obsahem první části je popis penzijní reformy a změn, které s sebou přinesla. Následná část práce je věnována penzijním fondům a penzijním společnostem a charakteristice jejich produktů se zaměřením na investování dle aktuální právní úpravy. Třetí kapitola se zabývá identifikací výhod a problematických oblastí aktuální právní úpravy. Další část práce je zaměřena na změny v investování Penzijní společnosti České pojišťovny a formulaci doporučení vedoucí k využití výhod a omezení problematických oblastí aktuální právní úpravy. Poslední kapitola se zabývá otázkou budoucího vývoje penzijního systému.

Abstract:

The main targets of this diploma thesis are to analyze changes in investment of a chosen pension company in the Czech Republic in continuity of actual legislation and on basis of gained finding to formulate recommendations for the chosen pension company which lead to the maximum use of advantages and limitation on problematic areas of actual legislation focused on investment. The content of the first part is the description of the pension reform and changes that the pension reform has brought. The following part of this diploma thesis is devoted to pension funds and pension companies and to the characteristics of their products focused on investment according to actual legislation. The third part looks into identification of advantages and problematic areas of actual legislation. The next section of this diploma thesis focuses on changes in investment of Penzijní společnost České pojišťovny and formulates recommendations leading to the maximum use of advantages and limitation problematic areas of actual legislation. The last chapter deals with the question of future development of the pension system.
