Subsidiarity of Criminal Repression within Sport Events
Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce je subsidiarita trestní represe v oblasti sportu a zejména pak u diváckého násilí. Práce je dělena na část teoretickou, vystihující základní prvky problematiky a dále pak část zaměřenou převážně na praxi, a to jak z pohledu analytického, tak i formou subjektivních doporučení de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The theme of my thesis is subsidiarity od criminal repression within sport events, especially in football environment. This thesis is divided to part theoretical, capturing the basic elements of the problem, and part focused on practital problems and my recommendations for the future
