Ochrana spotřebitele na finančním trhu

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele na odvětvích finančního trhu.Definuje postavení spotřebitele a jeho ochrany z pohledu České republiky, Slovenskérepubliky a Evropské unie. Popisuje vznik ochrany spotřebitele a jeho osobních údajů.Práce dále charakterizuje, prostřednictvím metod deskripce, jak jednotlivé opatřenía regulační aspekty pokrývají ochranu spotřebitele na finančním trhu a porovnáváčinnost institucí, které se zabývají ochranou spotřebitele. Cílem práce je poukázaní namožnosti ochrany spotřebitele z hlediska bankovnictví, pojišťovnictví a kapitálovéhotrhu. Přínosem je také přiblížení mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů aprovedený průzkum spokojenosti spotřebitelů s uplatňováním práv spotřebitelův praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with consumer protection in the financial market. It definesthe position of the consumer and his protection from the perspective of the CzechRepublic, the Slovak Republic and the European Union. Describes the emergence ofconsumer protection and personal data. The bachelor thesis further characterizes,through methods of description, how individual measures and regulatory aspects coverconsumer protection in the financial market and compares the activities of institutionsthat deal with consumer protection. The aim of the work is to point out the possibilitiesof consumer protection in terms of banking, insurance and the capital market. Anotherbenefit is the approach to out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes and a surveyof consumer satisfaction with the application of consumer rights in practice.

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ochranou spotrebiteľa na odvetviach finančného trhu.Definuje postavenie spotrebiteľa a jeho ochrany z pohľadu Českej republiky, Slovenskejrepubliky a Európskej únie. Popisuje vznik ochrany spotrebiteľa a jeho osobných údajov.Práca ďalej charakterizuje, prostredníctvom metód deskripcie, ako jednotlivé opatreniaa regulačné aspekty pokrývajú ochranu spotrebiteľa na finančnom trhu a porovnávačinnosť inštitúcií, ktoré sa zaoberajú ochranou spotrebiteľa. Cieľom práce je poukázané namožnosti ochrany spotrebiteľa z hľadiska bankovníctva, poisťovníctva a kapitálovéhotrhu. Prínosom je tiež priblíženie mimosúdneho riešenia spotrebiteľských sporov a vykonaný prieskum spokojnosti spotrebiteľov s uplatňovaním práv spotrebiteľovv praxi.
