Social Responsibility of the Contributory Organization of the Statutory City of Ostrava

Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je představení konceptu CSR a na základě analýzy získaných dat, zjistit míru stávající společenské odpovědnosti a aktivit v příspěvkové organizaci statutárního města Ostravy PLATO Ostrava, spolu s následným doporučením a návrhy, jež by v konečném důsledku mohly přispět k prohloubení a rozšíření již existujících společensky odpovědných aktivit v dané organizaci. Výstup práce může sloužit vedení organizace jako návod, jak lépe implementovat koncept CSR.

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor thesis consists of an introduction of the concept of CSR. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, it aims to determine the extent of a current standard of social responsibility and activities in a statutory organization PLATO Ostrava, together with the subsequent recommendations and suggestions that could ultimately contribute to the deepening and expanding of the already existing socially responsible activities in the organisation in question. The output of the work can serve as a guide for the management of the organisation on more efficient implementation the CSR concept.
