Social Deviation and Illegal Acts

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce upravuje problematiku sociálních deviací a protiprávního jednání samostatně i ve vzájemných souvislostech. Hlavní důraz je kladen na delikvenci mládeže resp. školní šikanu, jakožto závažný sociálně patologický jev. Cílem celého snažení je odhalení příčin neboli důvodů vzniku deviací ve společnosti, konkrétně pak delikvence mládeže.

Abstract:

Following diploma thesis regulates social deviation issue as well as illegal acts independently and in mutual connections. The main emphasis is placed on juvenile delinquency or school bullying as a serious social-pathological phenomenon. Author strives to investigate reasons which cause deviations in the behaviour of juvenile delinquency in particular and theories explaining their origin.
