Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality poskytované péče na vybraném pracovišti skrze spokojenost a bezpečí pacientů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. The bachelor thesis deals with assessing the quality of care provided in a selected workplace through patient satisfaction and safety. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to quality management issues, quality assessment of care provided and safe care at the radiodiagnostics.
