Future development of purpose boarding

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor work is the future development of purpose boarding.The aim is to map the state of dedicated catering centres according to the survey. The work is based on the history of diet and nutrition,describes the general requirements in special catering as: healthy food, diet composition,manufacturing technology and health and safety at work. The analytical part of the thesis describes and discusses further three dedicated centers of cateringin in Slovakia ,through survey and Interview .In the end of the work is a summary of findings,recommendations for further direction and to evaluate the contribution of the thesis.

Abstract:

Témou bakalárskej práce je budúci vývoj účelového stravovania. Cieľom je zmapovať súčasný stav účelových stravovacích zariadení na základe prieskumu. Práca vychádza z histórie stravovania, popisuje všeobecné požiadavky v účelových stravovacích zariadeniach – zdravá výživa, zloženie potravy, výrobné technológie a bezpečnosť práce. V analytickej časti práca bližšie popisuje a rozoberá tri účelové strediská stravovania na Slovensku, formou prieskumu a reprodukovaného rozhovoru. V závere práce je zhrnutie poznatkov, odporúčania pre ďalšie smerovanie účelového stravovania a zhodnotenie prínosu bakalárskej práce.
