Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na reporting sociální oblasti společenské odpovědnosti podniků. Teoretická část se zabývá Společenskou odpovědností podniků (CSR) a jejími základními pilíři, na nichž celý koncept CSR stojí. Dále popisuje standardy CSR, pomocí nichž podniky měří a hodnotí své společensky odpovědné chování a také definuje samotný CSR reporting. Pozornost je pak věnována nejvyužívanějšímu standardu Global Reporting Initiative, konkrétně jeho nejnovější směrnici G4 se zaměřením na sociální indikátory. Obsahem praktické části je zhodnocení míry CSR reportingu sociální oblasti u vybraných chemických podniků.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on the social section of corporate responsibility reporting. The theoretical part follows the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the companies and its foundation pillars on which the whole concept CSR is based. Further it describes the CSR standards by which companies measure and evaluate their social responsible behaviour and also defines the CSR reporting itself. The attention is then dedicated to the most used Global Reporting Initiative standard, specifically its newest G4 guidelines with focus to the social indicators. The content of the practical part forms the valuation of the extent of social section of CSR reporting in selected chemical companies.
