Optimization Of Izolation Of RNA From Yeasts For The Purpose Of Transcription Analysis
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with finding the optimal way to isolate RNA from different species of yeasts in the maximal possible amount and purity, especially from the non-pathogenic yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and pathogenic yeasts (Candida albicans and Candida parapsilosis). The theoretical section describes the basic information about these yeasts and utilization of transcriptomic analyses to …moreAbstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá nalezením optimálního způsobu izolace RNA z různých druhů kvasinek v maximálním možném množství a čistotě, zejména z nepatogenních kvasinek (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) a patogenních kvasinek (Candida albicans a Candida parapsilosis). V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o těchto kvasinkách a využití transkriptomických analýz ke studiu jejich genové regulace. Zmíněna …more
