Marginalization of the foreigners of third countries on the Czech Labour Market as a new social risk

Abstract:

Následující diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku pracovní migrace cizinců ze třetích zemí na území České republiky. Cílem práce je teoreticky zmapovat postavení cizinců ze třetích zemí na českém trhu práce a následně zjistit, jak hodnotí pracovníci Center na podporu integrace cizinců jejich pracovní uplatnitelnost. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na popis problematiky zaměstnávání cizinců z třetích zemí z teoretického hlediska s využitím metody deskripce a komparace. Po zpracování literární rešerše následuje kvalitativní výzkum, který poukazuje na postavení a uplatnitelnost cizinců třetích zemí na českém trhu práce z pohledu pracovníků Center na podporu integrace cizinců.

Abstract:

The following thesis is focused on the labour migration of the foreigners of third countries in the Czech republic. The aim of the thesis is to theoretically map the position of the foreigners of third countries on the Czech labour market and afterwards to find out how employees of Centers for the support of the integration of foreigners (CPIC) evaluate their labour employability. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the employment of the foreigners of third countries from a theoretical point of view. After processing the literature review a qualitative research follows. It points out how employees of CPIC perceive the employment of third-country nationals in the Czech republic and their position and employability on the labour market.
