Conditions of first aid training in OSH in specific companies

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá školením zaměstnanců v první pomoci ve firmách s různou specifikací. Teoretická část obsahuje právní povinnosti zaměstnavatelů související s poskytováním školení první pomoci, jeho četnost, výčet, kým může být školení prováděno a jaký způsobem. Dále se pojednává o rizikových faktorech na pracovišti a přítomnosti lékárniček a jejich obsahu. Součástí praktické části je dotazníkové šetření. Zaměstnanci z různých firem, respondenti, odpovídali na otázky tří okruhů. Dotazník obsahuje informace týkající se zaměstnance, firmy, přítomnosti školení první pomoci a sebevědomí v jeho poskytování.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the topic of first aid training for employees in companies from across various industries. The theoretical section consists of/looks at/investigates the legal obligations of employers related to providing first aid training; specifically, its frequency, enumeration, who can be the first aid provider, and how should be the first aid training done. Furthermore, it discusses risk factors in the workplace, the presence of first aid kits and its content. In the practical part, a survey was conducted. Employees from different companies, respondents, were asked to answer questions from three topic areas. The questionnaire was collecting information on the employee, the company and the presence of first aid training and confidence of its delivery.
