Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými ustanoveními stavebního zákona a vybranými pojmy z dalších zákonů. Jejím úkolem je posoudit to jaké míry ovlivňuje stavební zákon, zákon oceňování nemovitostí. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. This thesis deals with selected provisions of the Building Act and selected topics from other laws. Its task is to assess the extent to which affects the Building Act, real estate valuation.
