US Property Insurance - impact of tropical cyclones after 2000
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou pojištění majetku v USA. Popisuje tropické cyklóny od jejich vzniku až po jejich dopady na pojišťovny. Zabývá se také strukturou amerického pojistného trhu, hlavně pak ve státech, které jsou přímo ohroženy působením tropických cyklón.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis explains the household insurance topic in the United States. It describes tropical cyclones from the beginning to the impact on the insurance market. It deals with the structure of the US insurance market, mainly in the states which are directly threatened by the action of tropical cyclones.
