The treatment of a crimminal trace at the Police of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku při balení kriminalistických stop a jejich následné zajištění proti neautorizované manipulaci se zaměřením na pracovní možnosti a postupy kriminalistických techniků u Policie České republiky na území Krajského ředitelství Policie Severomoravského kraje. Práce obsahuje základní charakteristiku a rozpětí druhů stop a s tím související i velikosti možných kriminalistických stop, které je nutno při činnostech policie řádně zabalit a zajistit proti neautorizované manipulaci. S tímto budou zmíněny i základní požadavky na obalový a balící materiál. Uvedena jsou i normativní ustanovení dotýkajících se této problematiky. V praktické části metodou dotazníkového šetření jsou vyhodnoceny možnosti při balení a zajištění stop proti neautorizované manipulaci na pracovištích kriminalistických techniků. Závěrem práce je navrhované řešení k požadavku zajištění stopy proti neautorizované manipulaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on criminalistic track packaging and secure dealing with the track in order to avoid unauthorized manipulation. It is also focused on employment opportunities and procedures for criminalistic technicians at the Police of the Czech Republic and at the l Regional Police Headquarters of North Moravin Region. My theses includes the basic characteristics and range of types of tracks and related size of possible investigative tracks that need to be properly packed and secured against unauthorized manipulation in the work the police. Together with this problem there will be also described all essential requirements for packaging and wrapping materiál. There are also listed all standards connected with this issue. The practical part proposes the survey questionare method that evaluates possibilities for packaging and to secure dealing against unauthorized manipulation at workplace of forensic technicians. In conclusion you can find proposed solution to the requirements that should ensure the track against unauthorized manipulation.
