Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je "Management ošetřovatelské péče při nefarmakologické léčbě bolesti". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním a základním rozdělením bolesti. Nechybí ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s bolestí a hodnocení bolesti sestrou. Léčba bolesti zahrnuje farmakologickou část a invazivní postupy. Nejobsáhlejší kapitolu tvoří nefarmakologické postupy v léčbě bolesti. Zde můžeme najít rozdělení do tří velkých skupin. Jsou zde popsány rehabilitační a fyzikální postupy, dále postupy zahrnující psychologický a psychoterapeutický přístup k nemocným i některé z alternativní a doplňkové terapie. Praktická část se věnuje zjišťování rozdílnosti v ošetřovatelském procesu u pacienta s akutními a chronickými bolestmi na různých pracovištích. Zjišťuje, zda sestry mají problémy v komunikaci s pacientem trpícím bolestí či jak v praxi sestry nakládají se zjištěnými informacemi o bolesti. Dále se zabývá podílem sestry na nefarmakologických postupech při tišení bolesti.

Abstract:

Thesis theme is "Management of nursing care in non-pharmacological treatment of pain". The work is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with defining a basic division of pain. It contains nursing process in a patient with pain and nurse's pain assessment. Pain management includes pharmacological and invasive procedures section. The most comprehensive chapter consists of non-pharmacological methods of pain management, where we can find a division into three major groups. There are described both rehabilitation and physical processes, as well as procedures involving psychological and psychotherapeutic approach to patients and also a few of alternative and complementary therapies. The practical part is devoted to identifying differences in the nursing process in patients with acute and chronic pain at various workplaces. It determines whether nurses have some problems in communicating with patients suffering from pain or how nurses treat known information about pain in practice. It also deals with the nurses share on non-pharmacological treatments in pain.
