Taxation of incomes from prostitution
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Daň z prostituce“ je návrh možnosti zdanění a výběru daně z prostituce v České republice. Podklad je tvořen analýzou aktuální právní úpravy v ČR a analýzou způsobů zdanění prostituce ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie a v jednom nečlenském státě. Možnost zdanění prostituce je navržena v souladu se zákonem č. 586/1992 Sb., o daních z příjmů v platném znění.

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Taxation of incomes from prostitution” is the proposal of the option of taxation and collection of incomes from prostitution in the Czech Republic.
