Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na zkoumání druhové diverzity hlenek na území Kostelního lesa na jihozápadním okraji města Varnsdorf. Terénní průzkum této lokality probíhal během dvou vegetačních období od jara roku 2020 do podzimu roku 2021. Během této doby byly na vhodných lokalitách sbírány sporokarpy či plasmodia a substrát, který byl následně použit pro kultivaci hlenek metodou vlhkých komůrek. Celkově bylo nalezeno 38 taxonů z toho 36 taxonů bylo nalezeno v přírodě a 10 taxonů při kultivaci. K nejčastějším nálezům v přírodě patřily druhy Ceratiomyxa fruticulosa var. fruticulosa, Lycogala epidendrum, Fuligo septica var. septica, Tubifera ferruginosa a Trichia decipiens var. olivacea. Při kultivaci se nejčastěji objevovaly druhy Arcyria cinerea, Cribraria microcarpa a Physarum nutans. V přírodě se hlenky nejčastěji vyskytovaly na trouchnivějícím dřevě různých druhů dřevin v blízkosti potoků a mokřin, ale často rostly také na borce, lesní půdě nebo listech. Při kultivaci hlenky rostly především na měkkém trouchnivějícím dřevě listnatých dřevin.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the investigation of the species diversity of slime molds in the area of Kostelní les on the southwestern edge of the city Varnsdorf. The field survey of this location took place during two growing seasons from the spring of 2020 to the autumn of 2021. During this time, sporocarps or plasmodia and the substrate were collected at suitable locations, which was subsequently used for the cultivation of slime molds using the moist chamber method. In total, 38 species of slime were found, of which 36 species were found in nature and 10 species in cultivation. The species Ceratiomyxa fruticulosa var fruticulosa, Lycogala epidendrum, Fuligo septica var. septica, Tubifera ferruginosa and Trichia decipiens var. olivacea were among the most common findings in nature. During cultivation, the species Arcyria cinerea, Cribraria microcarpa and Physarum nutans appeared most often. In nature, slime molds were most often found on decaying wood of various tree species near streams and wetlands, but they also often grew on bark, forest floor or leaves. During cultivation, the slime molds grew mainly on soft rotting wood of deciduous trees.
