Cílem mé práce je analýza variace produktu ruských restaurací v Praze a návrhy na její zlepšení. Relevance zvoleného tématu je způsobeno obrovským ruským obce v Praze. The aim of my thesis is analysis of variation of the product of Russian restaurants in Prague and suggestions for it’s improvement. Relevance of the chosen topic is caused by huge Russian community in Prague.
