An employment as a basic labour- law relation from the employer's point of view
Abstract:
Analýza práv a povinností zaměstnavatelů při pracovněprávním vztahu. Nejčastější formy pracovněprávního vztahu. Povinnosti při příjímání pracovníku, při trvání pracovního poměru a při jeho ukončení. Zánik pracovního poměru a právní úprava jeho ukončení.
Abstract:
The analysis of discretions and duties of employers in the labour-law relations. The most frequent forms of a labour-law relation. Duties in the staff recruiting, in the duration of the labour-law relation and in its dissolution. The dissolution of the labour-law relation and its legal form.
