Abstract:
The summer of 2007. Epicenter of the financial crisis are known as subprime mortgages, which begins to deteriorate sharply payment discipline. Losses incurred shall affect the bank to such mortgages in their loan portfolios. Je leto 2007. Epicentrom finančnej krízy sú tzv. subprime hypotéky, pri ktorých sa začína prudko zhoršovať platobná disciplína. Straty, ktoré takto vznikajú postihujú banky, ktoré majú takéto hypotéky vo svojich úverových portfóliách.
