Common supernatural elements in Peter Schlemihl’s Miraculous Story and The Woman without a Shadow
Abstract:
This BA dissertation investigates the supernatural elements shared by two important literary works, namely Peter Schlemihl’s Miraculous Story and The Woman without a Shadow. At the forefront stands especially the theme of the shadow, which plays an important part in both works.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá nadprirodzenými prvkami, ktoré zdieľajú dve významné literárne diela, a to Peter Schlemihls wundersame Geschichte a Die Frau ohne Schatten. V popredí stojí najmä motív tieňa, ktorý hrá dôležitú úlohu v oboch dielach.
